This is the best trim kit I have ever owned. Absolutely magnificent!

The installation was excellent. The appointment was confirmed the day before, the installer called 20 minutes ahead of time to let us know he was on his way, The cabinet had to be enlarged to fit the microwave so he completed that, installed it and even cleaned it and the workspace. Definitely recommend. Simply the best. Professional, friendly, explained the work, and cleaned up also. Deserves 10 stars.

Did a great job efficiently and timely. We’re neat and tidy as well.

Install crew was great but 2 trips and 2 microwaves crushed inside the box. Each time the unit was not able to be replaced because not available to order anymore. The installers were on time and competent but the product was flawed so a non starter both times. Finally had to buy one somewhere else and just install it myself so not getting my moneys worth from my total tech membership!

Well, I feel sorry for the installers. First, the installers were out, but to their dismay, the wrong trim was order 27" rather than 30". Next time, the exact same wrong trim 27" was sent out. We are shooting again for December 3. To ensure that the buffoonery does not continue I have both the 27" and 30" trims at my house along with the microwave to prevent another disaster. I can't believe I was asked to review my products, including this installation at this point. Proof that Best Buy has staffing problems.

The gentlemen that came to install were great. Hansel and Ernest installed 3 TVs, they were professional, efficient and polite. They cleaned up everything before leaving. Francisco was just as professional when he delivered and installed my built in microwave and trim kit. I would use Best Buy again for any project that requires delivery and installation.

The Best Buy technicians were very courteous and professional. C did a great job.

Very nice looking trim kit and blends well in our Stainless Steel Kitchen. It is made of high quality Stainless and completes the professional look for the microwave.

Needless to say my wife and I were extremely impressed with Mike Dancey's work in installing our GE Microwave in our kitchen. I strongly recommend Mike Daney for any kind of appliance installation work.

IT WAS GOOD, BUT TOOK 2 APPOINTMENTS TO GET IT DONE. FIRST APPOINTMENT ACCIDENTIALLY DING THE MICROVE AND HAD TO WAIT FOR AN EXCHANGE.

The two installers came to remove my old microwave hauled it away and replace it with a new LG Neo chef 2.0 model. Microwave was installed with trim kit and they did a great job. Very happy with the results would highly recommend to others.

Looks nice, but make sure your cabinet maker has the spec sheet. Mine was off 1/2 inch and the installer charged me $140 for a modification, which amounted to two small pieces of wood at the bottom.

The installers were very professional an extremely quick with this install. They "measured twice and installed once" , unlike the previous install attempt by less qualified people.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job in locating a microwave trim kit when BestBuy was out of stock and back ordered. A trim kit was located with a private seller, and Geek Squad arranged for it to be delivered in three days.
