    The trim kit was exactly what the microwave needed to give it a built in look. Very happy.

    This was a return call to fix the install that originally too place 4 weeks ago. Called and scheduled a service call for Thursday the 28th of April. Appointment was canceled by system and they never showed up. Rescheduled for Thursday the 4th of May. Scheduled time was 10-2:00. They showed up at 2:45. No apologies for being 45 mins late. They did not really seem to care. Issues got resolved.

    Trim kit looks nice. The only installation was 2 screws. Simple.

    The installers did not know what they were doing. If our contractor had not been at our house the trim kit and microwave would not have been installed. Not happy with installers. Installers were suppose to be specialized because the microwave was a thermador. That was what Best Buy,s installation dept told me.

    It wasn't delivered on time when it was supposed to be and pushed back six months and when they did deliver it was the wrong color, but Best buy actually handled it and replaced it for no extra cost.
