I was blown away at how good the story was and gameplay is plus if you like Lords of the Rings it a must have

First off I want to say that you cannot use your game saves from Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor standard edition on the game of the year edition. This fact is the only fault I have with this game. On the other hand I love this game and will play through it again just because it is that fun. I picked up this game for around $16 with my Best Buy Gamer's Club and at that price you can't go wrong because it has all the DLC included. Great game at a great price.

This version comes with all the dlc and makes a great game have so much more gameplay value. Cannot wait to play all that great dlc content. Must buy for The Lord of the Rings and action game fans.

This game has beautiful graphics with excellent character designs, awesome story and great mechanics.

Hats go off for the company that created Shadows of Mordor. As a longtime fan of all things Tolkien. I'm enamored with the attention to detail and World building let's game. With the Advent of a second iteration coming out. I can only imagine how far the studio will take this franchise going forward. I am so excited to see where they take this. If you were a fan of lotr or The Hobbit then I cannot recommend this game more to you.

Graphics are good and the story is true to the Lord of the Rings mythology. A very entertaining game.

A lot of fun. Fighting mechanics are very Batman-ish for the most part and that is not a bad thing. Absolutely love how when an opponent kills you they become stronger and get promoted which makes makes it a grudge match type of feeling the next time you cross paths with them.

The game has a great open world feel to it that makes this hack and slash one to remember.

Bought it for the PS3 before on a black friday sale. Was Really disappointed in the ps3 version, i felt that it was just a ps2 version instead. graphics were horrible on there. But this is for the ps4, and it is amazing well worth the price and the gameplay is awesome. plays just like Batman except you don't have those gadgets that batman has. Overall it becomes repetitive but it does have a main story line if you stay on that path.

This game's nemesis system is the most fun part of the game. Great story and mechanics.

If you are a collector or simply do not want to have to download the game and or DLC, then this edition is for you. The DLC is on disk with the game. The game is fun, you'll enjoy it.

This is an excellent paced game that takes elements from some popular games, Assasins Creed, Batman, and just blows them out of the water by improving on their mechanics and gameplay.

This was great price for a really awesome game and all its DLC. The only negative thing I have to say about it is, because all of the DLC is on disc (which is great), it has a different trophy set than the first run of the game. So, if you buy this hoping to flush out your original trophies or achievements, it's not going to work as neatly as you might want. Overall, I really liked the game. I thought the graphics were great. It did get a little repetitive. And I'm no expert on LotR, so I won't comment on how it ties in with that universe.

Great game. The game is well done, and has plenty of action. The combat is like the batman games, so if you enjoy that you will like this game.
