I loved the first Middle Earth game. The gameplay never got boring and the environment was huge. It's open world sandbox type in the world of Middle Earth. I only got in an hour and already know that this will be just as fun. The orcs are funny in the things that they say. It's hilarious! I'm looking forward to playing this game more.

This game is excellent, when you upgrade to the gold edition there are many new adventures and accessories. This is a great sequel to the original game and is great on the Xbox one x graphics! A must buy!

I enjoyed Shadow of Mordor so much I could not wait for the sequel. I am not disappointed. The game is very intuitive and the nemesis difficulty makes for a very well thought out approach to completing missions. The graphics are outstanding, I love the combat and the self learning AI enemies. All I can say is Awesome!

This is a decent sequel to Shadow of Mordor. They added a lot more customizeability than the first game with regards to selecting gear and tweaking your skill tree. Even though I am not a fan of the microtransactions that are available in the game, I have yet found it to where I need to pay to progress. Overall I would recommend this game to any middle Earth fan but would highly recommend that they play shadow of Mordor first to experience a great game.

Shadow of War expands extensively on what Shadow of Mordor started. The continued character development is excellent for LOTR fans. The gameplay is fluid and provides a challenge. This game is far deeper than the first, and the first game was already big. Great graphics, but the storyline is what impresses most.

I bought this because I liked the previous game so much, that I just had to get the sequel. I wasn't expecting much, I watched gameplay trailers before I got the game, and when I played it myself, I was blown away. This game offered way more than I thought it would and I'm definitely happy I got it.

I have not put this down since I put it in.. if the dark lord himself tried to overtake my home rn, I would be to concerned with what my boys were doing in the digital world to stop the siege. Lord of the Rings? Lord of the NUT is more like it. Excuse me while I go put flowers on JRR Tolkeins grave.

Shadow of War is a satisfying game that improves on it's predecessor by giving us a bigger, more varied map that increases the scale of the game. The combat is still great and satisfying and the nemesis system sees improvements in this sequel. I enjoyed my time with Shadow of War, I do wish it was graphically better though. It is a decent looking game, but does not have a noticeable improvement graphically over the first game

If you are a Tolkien purist you will probably not like this game but if you are a fan of solid gameplay and lots of different mission styles then this is the game for you. I have been playing it for hours and have not been bored once. I highly recommend it for fans of this type of game.

This extensive game will take around 50 hours to complete. The use of the Nemesis system ensures that no 2 playthroughs are the same. Players can create their own army uses the various NPCs in the world and take part in large battles that will determine the fate of middle-earth.

The first game was amazing and you could easily waste a ton of hours running around Mordor doing stuff. It's nice that you can still do that in this game and there's more to discover. Combat still feels nice and the new skills are pretty fun to mess around with.

Never a big Lord of the Rings fan, but the first Shadowland was one of my favorite games and didn't think it could be topped. But I have really enjoyed this game including playing as different characters. Can't wait to see how the game will look on the Xbox One X

This game has out done itself from the previous Shadow of Mordor! There are newer enemies and a bigger map. This is an open world game so you can explore and do whatever you want! The action scenes are very detailed as well as the overall gameplay as well!!!

Loved the story mode, the subtle blend of lore and fiction that makes the game enjoyable. The fighting mechanics remind you of the Batman Arkham series and the individualism of the orcs makes the game enjoyable with the return of the fun nemesis system.

If you liked the first one, you will probably like this one as well., Game-play is similar but the nemesis system has been expanded upon. I think it's a fun game to pass the time. I just wish you could opt out of the micro-transactions in the menu or something, then they wouldn't appear on nearly every menu screen trying to get you to buy something with real cash.
