Highly recommended for Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit fans. Good picture quality.

I have been wanting to add the Hobbit and LOTR trilogies to my blu ray collection, and this was the perfect fit. These are just the movies, theatrical release versions, with no special features discs. For me this was perfect. I had borrowed the Special Edition versions from friends, but only watched the movies and never touched the other discs. This is the perfect fit if you don't want to spend an arm and a leg plus your first born to get a box set that includes all the movies.

I fully enjoyed the Lord of the Rings saga in theaters and bought one of the early DVD sets. Then, rather than buying The Hobbit trilogy, I bought this set with all of the movies. I had considered the "big" set, with extended versions, lots of extra features, etc. However, I realized that the movies were long enough as is. This set was just what I wanted. The picture quality and sound clarity are fine (I have a good 5.1 system). And the price was right.

One of my favorite book series , and I have to say that they did a great job with the movies! Really a great story line followed the book's well and really brought the characters to life ! The just got a Qled and really enjoyed the fantastic format of the blue ray , Especially enjoyed Mordor and and the attack on helms deep!

I had been waiting for a while to get all of the movies together in one set. This series, as single Blu Rays would just take up too much room in my collection so this is awesome. All of the movies are phenomenal, and I find myself watching them over and over again. This is just the theatrical versions of the movies and not the extended versions. This is great for me as I don't have the time to sit down and watch those versions anyway. Great set!!

Some of the best movies out there! Full of adventure, suspense, action, and of course some epic battles.

The pricing on this blu ray disc was excellent considering you get 6 films in the package. The Hobbit Trilogy and the Lord of the Rings trilogy. Makes for an epic binge watch of all 6 for extended journey.

Great movies. I was looking for an relativity cheap way to get them all.This is it. I just with there were the extended edition without all the extras that make them so expensive.

This was a great find for sure. I already had all 6 movies on DVD, (extended versions), so to be able to upgrade them all to Blu-Ray in one shot, priceless!!

This movie collection is excellent. It creates an excellent opportunity for binge watching one of the best epic tales ever put on film. Every movie is made with the greatest attention to detail. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I really would have enjoyed a digital version as well.

My son wanted to watch the original Trilogy, then we found this box set and decided to watch all 6 movies in order... ready for a loooong weekend?

Wasn’t really into movies like this but saw the last Hobit and got hooked. All movies are incredible and the packaging of these is amazing!

My close friend has been wanting this collection for several years. The price was just as much as I could have gotten on Amazon.

The Lord of the Rings series it a great example of epicness. The blu ray is absolutely beautiful. Love every minute of it!

The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings trilogies is a must have. The fact that they are together makes for an excellent gift.

I was looking for this movie collection in Blu-ray. I expected it be a lot more expensive, very happy to be wrong.

Loved the lord of the rings, hadn't seen the hobbit trilogy yet, was a great way to spend a week of evenings.
