Well built and well-thought-out in terms of controls and the video screen. The only small issue we have encountered is when charging by solar it doesn't charge completely...but if you plug it in via USB it completes the charge promptly. Glad we bought it....worth a few extra dollars to get a good one!

This item had not been in stock for a long time. I waited until it was available and I am glad I did. It has many features, is easy to use, and I love the various options by which it can be powered. I hope I never need it in an emergency, but I am glad it is there just in case.

Very sturdy. Broadband and radio clear, even A.M., display easy to see (can dim to conserve battery). Flashlight bright, battery holding up well. Had to read easy instructions to start operation; had to pull out red tab. Apparently some hadn't read them, because they said they couldn't get it to work!

Wish we'd had this last winter! So far it's been neat to use in the yard as I do yard work. This winter I will feel secure knowing what is going on and get assistance if I need it when I have lost power. Good product, good price, easy to set up and carry.

Nice to have item. It's much bigger than I thought it would be, about the size of a break but maybe about 1.5 as long. Doesn't not fit easily into a backpack. I like that it has multiple power sources. There's a hand crank, lithium battery, regular batteries (not included) and a solar panel. Also has a flashlight and a "dog whistle". We have gotten weather alerts on it, the alarm surprised us the first time. Over all, it's a nice to have item.

This is a great weather radio that we purchased for times of hurricane and weather emergencies. It has many useful items that I truly hope we never get to use but am thankful that we have this in case we do ever need it. Thankful that as of this date we haven't had to use it.

Purchased for power outages. Item works great. Has a light, whistle, and radio that works as a scanner and FM radio. Hand crank for when battery gets low and no electricity.

This radio is awesome. I noticed in some of the reviews people couldn’t understand the reason for the silent dog whistle. If you own a pet, don’t activate it, we have 3 cats and they flew out of here fast. It appears to be useful to deter a lot of animals especially in an emergency situation. Keep that in mind. (Wildlife, rats, etc) We are pleased with our purchase. Highly recommend this.

Fits the bill after my experience with Hurricane Ian. Needed something that could be charged without electric service, solar was always available as was cranking power. Worked well for test. Hope to never have to use it again, but glad to have it if needed.

We've had this unit in case of an emergency and it has not disappointed. There are three light settings and the brightest lights the pathway or any room in the house. It is well worth it plus it can charge my cell. Very nice to have!

This is great to have on hand for emergencies. Batteries, solar, and hand crank power. My kids love the phone changer.

Lots of features to have if the power goes out in compact portable size but a little difficult to use at first. Get familiar with it before you actually need it.
