Very disturbing folktale horror movie that takes place in daylight countryside. No Monsters or Ghosts. Blu Ray quality was excellent. Highly recommended. This Director might be the next Stanley Kubrick.

I missed seeing this film in the theaters so when I saw it on the shelf it was a must buy. He movie is quite disturbing, but luckily that’s just what I was expecting! I recommend this to any horror lover

This movie is a slow burn but worth the wait. Visually, absolutely stunning. The location is beautiful and the cinematography is excellent. Not for the person with a weak stomach. Lots of nudity and violence.

Midsommar will mess you up....in a good way. One of the most disturbing but great horror movies in the last 20 years. Not for everyone, but it will stick with you for a very long time.

My taste in horror films tends to lean to more realistic films than supernatural. I enjoyed this even more than director Ari Aster's Hereditary. The cinematography is stunning and the acting is top-notch.

Just to start, Hereditary was better by a significant margin. This film still is great but there are scenes are are difficult to digest. Good film overall but there are plot holes so beware!!

Florence Pugh delivers one of, if not her best performance. The atmosphere is coiled in tension, without relying to heavily on shadows and low-key lighting. Masterpiece in every sense of the word.

This is a very high quality movie with great storytelling. I watched it once at a friend’s house but loved the movie so much I had to have my own copy

We're living in a Golden Age or arty horror films. This movie has lush cinematography and heavier themes. If you've liked The Witch or Hereditary, etc, this is in the similar wheelhouse.

Modern horror films are mostly trash. Nothing grips me like Alien or The Thing, but then this came out and WOW. I was uncomfortable the whole way. I’d call that a win.

The picture quality is clean as a whistle and the sound is very clear and articulate to hear the dialogue and noise within the movie! It’s something you will be talking about for days!

This is definitely one of the best a24 movies I have seen the story is interesting and the characters are really enjoyable especially the lead actress one of my favorites from 2019.

Ari aster delivers another great piece of work. I actually enjoyed this much more than hereditary. I totally recommend this movie.

After becoming a major fan of Ari Aster's directing following Hereditary, I was eagerly anticipating Midsommar for months. This film absolutely does not disappoint.

The director of Hereditary does it again with even more shocking scenes. Has some vibes of the wicker man but definitely it’s own deep and trippy film.

not as good as hereditary, but is unique in the fact it takes place during the day. it still delivers the goods, cant for the directors next film.

This is a good follow up to Heredity. While dissimilar in setting and theme, the horror is just as effective. Movie does have some small pacing issues though.

It’s a wild film that deserves to be seen. Very artistic and be prepared to be shocked. This is a real art film and has gained a cult following.

This film is so unique, haunting, and beautifully shot. Received the blu ray earlier than expected. Great experience.
