I was very wary of the eye massager because it didn’t have too many reviews and even when the product came the image on the packaging was pixelated. Overall, I really like the functionality and the heat setting. Haven’t used the full battery yet, so I’m not sure how long it lasts. I got it on sale, but I’m not sure I would pay the full price since I don’t need to Bluetooth functionality. I can see how maybe it wouldn’t fit some heads and not sit right on your nose as well, so I would keep that in mind.

I kinda bought this on a whim, & didn't really have high expectations. But I've found it very helpful for relaxing, stress relief, & headaches. It's not too heavy or awkward, & I wear it sitting up or lying down (& have fallen asleep with it on). I haven't tried out the Bluetooth audio feature yet, but it's on my to-do list. Recommended!

Price and function are a home run for this product. I purchased for my wife and “borrow” them frequently…. I love them, and it really helps my eyes.

Good with messaging the temple. I like that it is heated. The sound quality of the blue tooth isn't very good. I would buy this based on speaker quality. But as a massager, its great.

I got this for my wife but I have tried it my self. It soothes very well as it heats up. My wife says it helps with her migraines since it massages the temple area and heats up just enough. I myself have fallen asleep using it since it is very relaxing. Overall great little product for the money.

Wow! What a waste of money! I couldn't be more disappointed in this product! I purchased this product that they call an "eye massager" on Best Buy.com, but it was actually shipped from Miko, who is actually a third party seller for Best Buy. This thing is anything but a massager. When I think of a massage, I think of something that's soothing & comfortable, but they really missed the mark with this contraption! It's a sharp jabbing piece covered in pleather that pokes your eyes for 8 seconds & then it stops "jabbing" & blows out a bunch of air from an exhaust type chamber in some kind of decompression function for about 10 seconds, which I should add is really loud & extremely weird because it's not a part of the actual massage process. Then it just sits there & does nothing for about 5 seconds before it starts the jabbing "massage" again & just cycles through that. I would have to say though that in general it's extremely uncomfortable, very clunky, smells terrible & is anything but relaxing. When my son opened it last night for his birthday we just looked at each other in disbelief & confusion. I'm extremely disappointed with this product, but I'm even more disappointed with Best Buy & Miko, who both claim that it's not there responsibility to do anything about it. I spoke with representatives from Best Buy & Mik,o but apparently because I had it for 16 days they won't return it or even exchange it for another product. If it had been 15 days they would have done something about it. In my opinion if you stand by your products, why not give somebody 30 days? I'm really flabbergasted because it doesn't function like it's described to. Now it's just a complete waste of money & complete garage. My son certainly isn't going to strap that massive unit on his head again just to be assaulted. Miko did say that they would replace it with another one of the same product which to me doesn't make sense because another one isn't going to be less clunky & gimmicky, BUT in order to have them replace it with another of the same thing, I have to 1) send an email to a division that deals with replacements & include all the order information that easily could have just been given to the customer service representative that I spoke to. 2) I have to then include a detailed explanation of the specific issues that I consider to not work as it was described. 3) I have to take a video that has a length of time requirement, to prove the why I consider it to function improperly & then attach the video to the email. 3) Then the replacement division has review the email & the video to decide if it's even something that they will accept for replacement 4) And then at some point they're going to get back to me to give me the process to return it, if I've proved my case, which in my opinion is very telling. They obviously make it so complicated that people will just keep the garbage, rather than jump through all their hoops. When I heard the customer service representative explain what their process was & all the specific requirements that have to be included before they'll even review my submission to decide whether they'll accept me sending it back, to then just end up getting another of the same ridiculous contraption, I finally just said never mind because what's the point?! I would very much caution anybody that is considering buying this product or another product from this company to seriously reconsider. Also, after looking up the customer service phone number for Miko, I realized that they have a lot of unhappy customers. I've come across numerous other complaints about their products, their customer service & the experiences that other unsatisfied customers have had jumping through their hoops to get them to replace faulty products, but then having to wait lengthy periods of time to try to get products replaced and having to reach out multiple times.

What an amazing feeling right before going to bed… the amount of pressure, heat, and time limit is incredible. The speakers on the unit is perfect, not too loud and goes well with spa music tunes. Get yourself one and enjoy the moment of silence.

Very relaxing to use this product. I even took to flight and used it. It makes you sleep. sometimes I slept by wearing it. Only issue is noise and air pressure release noise. But I managed that with noise cancelling ear buds. I think best combination is noise cancelling + music + eye massager.

It's a bit heavy and sometimes the strap gets annoying but it's a great product. I absolutely love it and use it every nite.

Product works flawlessly. Ordered for my parents and they were very impressed how easy the device connected to their phone. The massage is excellent and heat relieved dry eyes

Amazing sensation and great for little pressure headaches and pains. A little clunky and uncomfortable at first but once you get used to it, it really helps!

Product works to relieve eye fatigue and headaches. I'm a bit frustrated by the inability to skip certain therapies. The main mode that begins as soon as you activate the eye massager cycles between 1-minute long patterns that diversify your massage. There are a few patterns that do not relieve me and I wish I could skip them in favor of the patterns that do relieve me. Besides that, great product with great results, use it often and haven't even had to charge it since time of purchase.

My wife has migraines and has a smooth and relaxing temple massage. The heat is not too hot. The only thing it needs is a cooling feature.

This product has helped me out with some headaches I’ve gotten and also I recently had a stroke and have some swirling vision because of it and this device has helped me calm down and relax and just close my eyes which makes my days a little bit easier. Great product. Highly recommend

I absolutely love this eye massager. It’s become part of my nightly wind-down routine. The gentle pressure and heat feel amazing on tired eyes and temples, especially after staring at a screen all day. It helps melt away tension and I’ve noticed fewer headaches and less eye strain when I use it regularly. The different modes and intensities let you customize exactly how strong you want it, and being able to connect music via Bluetooth is such a nice touch. It turns a quick break into a full spa moment. The fit is comfortable, it’s easy to use, and it feels like a little luxury at home. Highly recommend if you deal with eye strain or just want a relaxing treat.

Honestly, we were skeptical initially but I couldn't pass up a good deal on Cyber Monday. My husband has chronic eye strain from working on a computer all day, and he said it has noticed improvement these past few weeks with consistent use. It is relaxing and feels indulgent, so we are more likely to use it unlike other gadgets that we might just use a few times and throw away. This would make a great gift!

I love this eye massager because of the heat (helps with my dry eyes problem) and the different pressures and points of pressure. Loved it so much that I got my daughter one too and she falls asleep after using it at bedtime! Highly recommend it.
