The massage feature is just right, not too intense, and just the right length of operation time before auto shutoff. My wife loves it and she said it helps with muscle spasms in her neck. I gave it a go while using the massage feature in my recliner and it was so nice I dozed off. So, if you're thinking about buying this for your spouse or better half, buy two, because you will want one of your own.

Charged it and it never turned on. Wanted to exchange it, but Best Buy couldn’t because it was a Market place item. I asked if I could return it and buy a new one at the deal of the day price and they couldn’t do that either. Was hoping for the best. Frustrating.

Charged it when she opened. It worked, but after the 2nd charge it doesn’t hold a charge ans stops working within 1 minute. I pulled up the reviews and others have the same experience.
