    Bought this item for my wife on deal of the day. Charged it and it never turned on. Wanted to exchange it, but Best Buy couldn’t because it was a Market place item. I asked if I could return it and buy a new one at the deal of the day price and they couldn’t do that either. Was hoping for the best. Frustrating.

    I purchaed this for my Wife less than 30 days ago. Charged it when she opened. It worked, but after the 2nd charge it doesn’t hold a charge ans stops working within 1 minute. I pulled up the reviews and others have the same experience.
