I originally had the band that came with the sport version of the apple watch. Though the original band feels good to the touch I tend to always think that it is coming loose. This band on the other hand has a strong magnet which pretty much keeps its hold the entire time I have it on. I can say that sometimes it gets so tight that it can get hard to take off. It is a good upgrade for the apple watch.

Got this as a present for my wife's apple watch. She insisted that she had to have the apple brand strap. I tried every argument I could make to get the MUCH cheaper one's on amazon but in the end she won.. who woulda guessed? Anyways, she is extremely happy which is the whole point. When we did a compare to the apple brand and off brand type straps, you can definitely tell the difference. The apple strap is way more comfy to wear on your wrist. It almost has a cloth like feel even though it's metal.
