I'm constantly having to adjust the magnet clasp, and find it a bit annoying. It also pulls on the hairs on my arm sometimes.

Sold me used item instead brand new sealed in box

They brought me a used open box item (Clearly opened and not sealed any more and there some signs of used) without even telling me and let me know. Once I found out it was used. I had to go inside to complaint but they did not do anything about it and event said it still look brand new and just felt out of the box.

Too Big.

I have been using other Apple bands like the leather, sports loop which they fit my wrist. However, this band is too big and doesn’t look good when fully wrapped around the wrist.
