Do not judge this cd by the cover art. I must admit I owned it for two weeks and had not really listened to it as I was thinking it was a solo artist (female). Wrong. This is a very good band which reminds me some of Gotye. There are up-tempo and slower songs but all are worthy of listening. I am currently playing it in my car to and from work and I am really enjoying it.

Young the Giant does it again with this album. It really tells a story and flows very nicely. Pick this up!

Overall, I felt Young The Giant made a very solid follow-up to their prior release. There's no sophomore slump going on in this material. From the melodies to the flow of the album from song to song there's a very nice cohesiveness. I would highly recommend you give a listen....and a second....and a third etc. I've become a really big fan of what they do and look forward to what they have to offer next.

Good cd, the album b 4 mind over matter was better.

I really enjoy listening to Young the Giant. Every album is fantastic. The lyrics are well written and the band's sound is mellow and cool. I usually listen to this album on my commute home to help me unwind and keep me relaxed through the rush hour.

I pretty much love every song on this CD. My favorites are crystallized and mind over matter...and daydreamer...and anagram. The first time I listened to the songs I immediately fell in love and knew the words. Definitely would recommend.

I like most of the cd, I think a lot of the songs are very catchy. I love the band and think this is a great cd, anything Fueled By Ramen puts out is amazing, I will by anything by a group on that label. You are guaranteed to be pleased with it!

I had never heard this band until seeing them on a late night TV show. I liked their TV performance and sought out the CD. I'm very glad I did! This is an awesome band and I love the entire CD.

Great album and it has some of the feel of their previous album. My only critique is many songs seem to be overproduced with effects that weren't as noticeable on the first album.

I've been listening to Young the Giant for a few years now and really enjoyed this new CD. Looking forward to seeing them live in a few weeks.

i cant say enough good things about this album, wonderful. these songs will get stuck in your head all day. love it.

I enjoy the song on the radio but that is the only song on the cd like it. They are a good band and I do enjoy the cd

Great 2nd album by one of the best rock bands out there right now. Solid from start to finish. Buy it!

The sophomore album feeds nicely from the first one. Won't disappoint current listeners or new listeners
