helps with arm fatigue

i bought this because the armrests on my office chair don't adjust to the proper height for using my keyboard. i've been having arm pain/fatigue, these help. i do have to tighten them but they are super easy to use and move around.

Bought this to go on my table that I use for my computer, but it doesn't tighten as I found out that it has a ridge under the table that keeps me from tightening it down. will have to get another desk/table to be able to use it. Other than that, the item is fine.
