Soft and comfortable (measure your chair first ;)

However, it is a perfect fit for my wife's office chair! The measurement issue was my mistake, but this is a soft and comfortable accessory for someone who sits in an office chair all day, everyday. this saves the elbows, for sure!

A bit soft, but greatly improves comfort

Had something similar at the office, but have been working from home. Pros: 1) Cushion adds comfort when elbows resting on the arms. Cons: -- nothing notable -- Neutral: 1) The cushion can be rather soft so if I rest more of my weight on the arm, it sinks and I'm up against the original chair arm again. However, I'm not typically resting on the arms that way so most of the time I am cushioned comfortably. I would have preferred a firmer foam hence the 4 starts instead of 5.

Must have!

I tend to lean my weight on my arm rest from time to time and without these my forearms and elbows get sore. These mitigate that a lot. I have had them for about 6 months now and they hold up very well. Using them as I am typing this! :)
