It was smaller than I thought it would be, but it is comfy. Helps relieve the strain from sitting for long periods of time.

Helps with posture and back pain.

Since starting to use this cushion, I've had a reduction in back pain and have been able to sit for longer periods. The one drawback is that it might be a bit too big, so I can't sit as far back in my chair as I would like.

Great back lumbar support i bought 2 one for my car and one for home office chair. Neither had a lumbar adjustment and this took care of that.
