    Since starting to use this cushion, I've had a reduction in back pain and have been able to sit for longer periods. The one drawback is that it might be a bit too big, so I can't sit as far back in my chair as I would like.

    Great back lumbar support i bought 2 one for my car and one for home office chair. Neither had a lumbar adjustment and this took care of that.
