Quality. I was worried it would be a scham or "cheap" and it's quite the opposite. As good of quality as the expensive versions - the white pillow stays clean and the fabric on the pillow case does not appear dirty despite about 2 weeks of use.

This knee pillow does it's job and has helped me when sleeping on my side. IMO, it should be just a little bit more firm to be ideal. The cover is removable, which allows it to be washed. I'm not really sure the point of the strap, but you can remove it; so, it's not a problem.

I’m not a medical professional and every person is different but literally after the first night of sleeping with this between my legs during the night, I woke up in the morning without back pain. This may sound corny but for this guy with 2 herniated disks in his lower back, this was life changing for me.

It is better than a regular pillow. But after only a few nights it has lost its shape, has started to squish together, and no longer has the nice space for the leg to fit in.

Didn’t work for me, but it’s cheap and sturdy. If think you need something like this then try it and if it works for you great and if it doesn’t, then your only out a few bucks.

I had a total knee replacement of my right knee. This product is perfect to go between my knees. I could now sleep soundly with less pain
