Bought this for my daughter's birthday. Try to enter them code and it wouldn't work. Call the Best buy that I purchased it from. First time somehow I managed to get through to the actual store. That person checked the card said it was okay there was nothing she could do she was going to transfer me. She transferred me to their support people. An hour and a half and 15 people later The last person I talked to said well you'll need to take it into the store and they'll be able to get you a new one. So I drive all the way into the store and the lady at the store says no sorry we can't take this back because the code is revealed on the card. I said well I don't know if the code is working until I enter it I can't enter it until I reveal it and now it's not working but you're not willing to take it back? She gave me a smirk and said exactly. After my experience with Best buy today I will never spend another dime at any of their stores
