    I have followed instructions and still not able to redeem code. There should be a easier way to resolve these issues, not everyone has time to return to store or contact retailer

    Don't buy this if you play on Android. Unable to redeem, just keeps putting me in an endless loop asking for a Microsoft account which we do not have. Just a buy a Google play card on Amazon, better customer service and actual works! Waisted hours trying to redeem this nonsense. And Best Buy was no help at all!

    I had to grab a last minute gift for a Birthday so i did this and it took 2 days and a phone call before it was sent to me. The phone call was a request to cancel the order since at the time it was not provisend I tried chat first then was sent to an over seas team then escalated to another over seas team. I was told it would be canceled and look for an email. Nope it was provisioned and now refunds are not allowed. I feel like this was a shady practice and that the Customer Service was no help for the customer. I highly recommend not buying digital codes from BestBuy. I was able to get the same code cheaper and immediately from another website.
