    Five stars for the game itself, zero stars for the way modern nintendo systems work for a multi device household, forcing us to buy a cartridge to play this game on more than one Switch at a time. Xbox is much better in that regard. This game is great, however, and it was delivered quickly, undamaged, and works great.

    Kids could waste hours playing this even if in simple without without the online nature/connection. They love using they're creativity to build whatever they can dream of. My kids are 7 & 9 and learned the controls and process within a day or two and have a blast.

    My daughter loves this Minecraft game and plays it during her video game time. She enjoys it a lot, and it gives her opportunities to talk about shared topics with her friends at school. I do not allow her to play online, so I cannot speak to the online portion of the experience. As a standalone Minecraft game, however, it is highly recommended.
