I understand that this has gotten negative reviews because it won’t sync with iPhones. But. It’s an android device! I’m an iPhone user & I have no problem with not being able to mirror my phone because it has the capability to download Hulu/Netflix etc. directly to the device for streaming. The picture is GREAT, sound quality is wonderful too. I rarely use it outside of my art studio & bedroom so I can’t attest to battery life, but otherwise I have zero complaints. Best projector I’ve ever used. If you really wanna mirror it, just buy a cheap android tablet to use specifically for the projector. I use it most in my bedroom, projected onto a wall that’s about 7ish feet long.

      Hi,
Sorry to hear you're having technical issues. The projector screen size is up to 80" in a dark room environment. The focus is motorized and controlled with the remote control. The projector is similar to a TV, a remote control is needed to control the picture. We sell additional remote controls if you lose or break you current one.

If you contact Miroir Support, via text or email, on our website they offer support.
      Thank you.

    Meh Portable Smart Projector

From the limited amount of options for a portable and smart projector, this one marks a good amount of check marks in terms of specs. I will say after turning on the projector the 2nd time after setup, the projector died. It would turn on but the motor wasn't running the bulb to project picture. One quick message to the Miroir team and I was able to easily let them know the issue and troubleshoot. They determined that it was best to get a new one and I returned the defective product. Overall, when looking at other projectors in this price range, this has the ability to download a small library of apps that are popularly used like Netflix, Youtube, Hulu and others. It also comes with the ability to cast your screen from your phone. Another cool thing is that you can download Google Chrome web browser and visit any webpage. Pros: -Small form factor -2Hr battery life -Auto Keystone adjustment to max of 80" -Bluetooth outputs to external audio device -Makes a good 2nd monitor for work or media to output from a laptop -Good customer service -Decent sounding speakers even able to use it as a Bluetooth speaker only Cons: -Low 200 lumen output (requires a dark room) -Different controller settings for different apps. -Controller is finicky -1st projector died after setup -480 native resolution but 4k max resolution. -Only 1 HDMI output Shop around folks, there may be better options for your money.

This portable projector has countless features. It's super easy to use. Unfortunately, i was looking for a bit smaller size (more like small enough to fit in your pocket). But honestly, that was my fault for not checking out the listed product dimensions. The BEST picture for a portable projector!

This is a great concept & I wanted to really like it but based on my trial of two units, I can’t leave a great review. This is a nice compact projector, lightweight & small that you can easily take it anywhere, also has a wrist strap. It has a great picture too, it’s clear, crisp, looks like you’re watching tv & adjusts to 80”, it adjusts automatically to the size of the wall your projecting on, speaker, when it’s working has a pretty decent sound, but that’s where it ends. Here’s the bad stuff.... the first unit I had only had a picture & no sound. Sound was only in commercials & trailers. No sound through headphones, or fire stick or blu ray. The second unit I received did the same thing. Apps that are built in are very, very limited & I couldn’t connect Netflix, Disney+ or HBO Max, I could only connect to Hulu. Everything is geared towards Android & if you have any Apple products, which I do, you need an adapter. There aren’t any instructions & although helpful , all troubleshooting was done by text & email. It seems like this needed more research or updating before it was released. It really could’ve been a cool device but it has too many issues.

Hi, thanks for your comments. We checked our technical log regarding no picture and sound and found out your Blue Ray player did not auto detect if Dolby was not available (hense no sound). Once that option was checked on your Blue Ray player the M280a worked fine. The M280A quick start guide is available on our website or in the box. Netflix, Hulu and Amazon are supported by the M280a. Cute portable entertainment

This compact portable projector has been fun to have mini movie nights. My family has been using this portable projector to pretend we are at our own private theatre. I use a tripod and a large canvas to project the images onto. It is standard definition (dvd) quality, but looks good. The battery leave a bit to be desired if trying to watch a movie outside, only lasts around an hour while using streaming a movie via WiFi. There is an HDMI and USB port on the projector giving options for streaming movies, tv shows, or using it in a meeting for a presentation. If you have an android phone you can cast from your phone to the project to watch your entertainment. The speakers are actually pretty decent to hear whatever you are watching and the projector also doubles as a Bluetooth speaker! This is a fun compact portable projector you can use in many ways. Micro theatre for movies, tv show watching, and also showcasing your talents in a slide show or meeting. Small, compact, and fun to use portable projector for sure!

    Portable with good sound

I received this projector at no cost for an honest review. It is small but sturdy and feels like it's good quality. Setting it up was easy, as it's essentially plug and play. Once you connect to WiFi, you are introduced to a guided step by step screen during which your select your options. It is recommended for up to 80 inches and even though it's "only" 200 lumens, the projector was visible even in daylight with a window open. The sound quality from the built-in speakers is well adequate, with clear and loud sound. However, it does have an audio jack port in case you go want to plug in external speakers. For video, I was able to use screen sharing on my Samsung Galaxy, but it also works with Apple products. There is also an HDMI and USB port to connect to. There are built in apps like netflix so that you don't even need an additional device to use the projector, though the controller clicking options and the user interface of the built in apps are a bit clunky. There is a built in battery so the projector will last about 2 hours if unplugged. This projector is not to be compared to a full size one, but the portability and size make it convenient for carrying around. I recommend it, though the remote could use a bit of improvement.
