    I have given my notebook to best buy, they did there best but unfortunately My laptop is so old so couldn't get it fixed due to no hardware.

    I highly recommend the computer service contract offered by the Geek Squad - it covers more than one device, gives 24/7 service (phone assistance is great) when stores are closed and gives me a constant state of confidence that my unit is up to date and in excellent working order

    Dell left me hanging when the cover of the laptop separated from it's screen. Over $150 to fix. I declined and bought an Apple MacAir. With that purchase made sure to get the Service Insurance on it! Since I plan on keeping it awhile.
