Been shaving with Norelco products for almost 40 years. The shaver provides a very nice shave. The 3-D head is very comfortable but it does seem to take a minute or so longer than the 8894 that I replaced. The cleaning system does take up a lot of room on the counter, but it is a very nice feature. While the 8894 gave me 120 minutes of shaving this shaver is only 50 mins, but if you use the cleaning/charging system even just once a week, it is almost always charged. I do miss the charging minutes left versus the bars on this model. Overall, I am very happy with the shaver.

I Needed a replacement for an older Norelco shaver and knew of the quality of a Norelco product. It's design and package with cleaning holder/charger is excellent and well designed. It gives me the close shave that I want and expect from an electric razor. It has a long battery life and quick recharge cycle.

I have an older Norelco shaver that does a good job. The new one does an even better job. My first impression was that it was very light and almost felt cheap. But I enjoy the self cleaning function and it really does save close. Just feels very light and like plastic.

I have had this shaver about a month, It did not take long to find the setting that was right for me. It has given a great shave and cleans easily. You have to be careful with the orange retaining rings that hold the shaver heads, they may come loose at times. I found that if I didn't press down hard that helped.

This is a very good product, especially the cleaning system. It gives a very close shave and due to the cleaning system remains that way everyday. Cost is prohibitive for many.

Don't get me wrong, it's a great razor but my girlfriend still prefers the manual. She tolerates this one so much better than the rest of them. I tend to have a sensitive face and this does not irritate it like the manual. I got one for my dad as a gift and he likes it too. The cleaning system works nicely but you do need to quickly run it under the faucet and shake it out before you shove it in the cleaning system. The cleaner will last a month with daily use. Also, since the power button on the cleaning station is a sensor, it can be activated through the mirror. We were confused for about 30 minutes trying to figure out why it kept cutting off then back on. Moving it to the other side of the counter fixed the problem.

Have had the shaver for a week, it works great. The battery on my last shaver died, so I had not shaved for about 5 days. This shaver took care of the whiskers with ease. Norelco also improved how the shavings are contained with this razor. Just carefully remove the top, and the shavings will come right out. My last Norelco had to be opened three times, once for each blade. Because I have used electric razors for 25 years, I have my razor set to full speed and that is fine. Someone new to electric shaving or with sensitive skin will probably like the ability to slow the blades. I just put the shaver in the cleaner/charger. It seems to be working. If I don't change this comment, assume it works fine.

I've been shaving with various wet and dry Norelco shavers for over 25 years and this one is by far the best. It shaves closer than anything I've used with very little irritation. This is the first razor I've owned with the Smart Clean system and it keeps the razor clean and lubricated. I've owned the 9300 now for over 6 months and still get a GREAT shave everyday. Blades have remained sharp.

Great shaver, gives close shave and is easy to clean. Long lasting charge. The heads are easy to change.

I have owned several of the earlier versions of this shaver, but this one is by far the best. The cleaning system with the self contained cartridges is a huge improvement over the earlier open tank. The shave is much closer too.

I've only had the shaver for a couple of months, but I have to say that it's worth the price tag, long lasting battery (2 weeks) and the self cleaning function is really convenient.

I have been using Norelco shavers for years. I particularly like this one and the previous one I had as they can be used wet or dry. This razor gives a very close shave. I also like the cleaning/charging system that comes with the shaving kit.

I bought this razor because of the self cleaning feature and it works extremely well the razor shaves closer than my old one I am very happy with it and would recommend it to outhers

I bought this shaver on sale and it works great wet or dry. I usually use shaving gel with the shaver for a nice, clean shave. The jetclean system also does a great job cleaning too, but takes a while to dry.

Works great and easy to use. I like how smooth it makes my face and with the cleaning station it is even better!

I have tried several electric razors before and this one provides the best shave. I can use it wet or dry and the cleaning system takes care of the rest.

Best shaver to date. Easy to set up and use. Shaved twice a week with the previous shaver and only have to shave once a week with this one.

This a very good electric shaver. It is nicely made, very quiet and feels comfortable on the skin for a good shave. There are some spots the razor has trouble shaving, like under the nose and on the neck. It eventually will get most of the hair, but there are always a few that it just can't seem to get. The cleaning/charging station is nice and it keep the razor looking and feeling new. I have only had for a month, so we will see how it hold up. I would recommend buying if you are looking for an electric razor for the first time or for an upgrade.

I was hoping this shaver would be extraordinary but thus far it has only been solid. I would like to point out that I have not been using for that long and its performance has improved slightly. Using the beard shaving implement for longer hair works very well and thus the performance of the standard shaving head.
