      Just bought this last night & already having issues. 140 updates were found, but the updates cannot be completed. Now my laptop has been stuck "undoing changes" for 3 hours now. Also, the free Windows 10 upgrade is not accessible on this computer. You can't even reserve your upgrade. Save yourself the headache!
