Interesting UK police procedural, despite being somewhat formulaic. Miss Willoughby is young, well educated, and independently wealthy. After her parents died, growing up was overseen by an American protector. (A protector who is also ex-Marine.) She is also a private detective. The mystery here is a bookstore owned by friends and apparently haunted by one owner’s father. Her former protector assists while managing her estate. The story is interesting even though not particularly exciting. Characterizations are good. Attention to details of settings and scenes is very good. The total package held my interest despite guessing the climax about 30 minutes before it actually happened. This movie is intended to be the first of a continuing franchise. I look forward to more installments. By the way, if Miss Willoughby looks familiar, you may be a “Midsomer Murders” fan. She was a very successful teenaged cat burglar.

Great story, love the relationship Miss W and her guardian just wonderful. It was a mystery with ghosts, sounds and all kinds of hidden secrets. I hope they make a sequel or maybe a series. It's great idea with Miss W as a sleuth with her guardian assisting. Highly recommend.
