This is probably the best baseball game I've ever played. Everything about it makes you feel like you're really playing baseball. It can be glitchy at times, throwing to the wrong base but that rarely happens. Worst part is it will freeze up for no reason, you could play 2 games or 10 games and never know when it will freeze so save your game often. I do wish it had a better way of adjusting rosters as some of the off-season trades or in-season trades were not put in the game, would be nice to have an accurate roster. For example, I tried trading Erik Bedard to the Mariners for 3 players but the game only lets you move one player to their 25 man roster, so you can't even swap out some guys in their AAA or AA roster and end up dumping someone into the FA pool to clear up some space for a trade that required 3 people for 1 person. Other than that, game is almost perfect.

I had heard that this was a great game so I had to check it out for myself. The graphics and gameplay are very realistic. I had some difficulty with baserunning at the beginning and the pitching, sometimes even when you hit your mark, doesn't go where you want it to. I don't like how the computer holds runners on base, as when you get a two step lead, it will throw over like 20 times in a row, which gets incredibly annoying and aggrevating. I wish you could select the uniforms to wear, as they are already pre-selected for you.

Overall there isn't a better baseball game on the market. The graphics are solid, the gameplay once you get used to the new controls is very nice. The Road To feature is deep and very fun to play. The only drawback is that on the Road To feature the game tends to freeze a lot.. it's annoying.

i would recomend it to anyone who doesn't have a PS3 and likes baseball games. It is a really good baseball game very realsitic. This year very hard to hit homeruns on the defult settings. Rookie still very easy.

This is one of the best baseball games I have ever played. THe Road to the show is great. The game is fun and challenging. I can not get enough of this game. As for me it has never frozen up on me so I assume other review has a bad disc.

This game has very good grafic but when i started a franchise and when i went to play a game and hit a homerun it would freeze up and it did that for everygame i played so they need to fix that and i would not reccomend this game to a friend

i love this game when i played it i loved it its awesome if you like baseball.

The players stances look exactly like the ones in real life. The grafics are great and it is pretty hard, but that's what makes it fun.

This game is awesome, it has so many different things to do with the career mode.

Excellent baseball oriented game for someone who does not own a ps 3. Batting and Pitching are muich easier on the The Show than other similar baseball games out there.

Its a fun game but every time my character in career mode hits a dinger the game freezes up. I thought it might be just my copy so i returned it for a new one and that one did it also. I haven't played any other modes other than career mode so i guess i am not sure if it does it else where in the game. Its irritating to say the least.

great game defenitly consider buying it. fun to create yourself and make it to the big leagues.
