I don't have a lot of details because this was a present for my 12-year old son. He has been playing for a month now and he loves it. The graphics are even better than last year's game on the PS4. He loves to "BE the player" and play a season with that player. No gripes here.... great work Sony.

The MLB: The Show series has been probably the best sports simulation there is and it continues to shine. New additions to franchise mode, road to the show mode, and Diamond Dynasty. More attention to detail as the graphics have improved and player movement is flawless. Go out and get it now!

Basically if you loved the mlb series you won't be disappointed it has a new target lock throwing system thats hard to get used to but kind of cool after your used.to it to Mae your game play a bit more challenging rather than cut and dry throw to a base and the guy is out this controls the speed and range of where the ball goes so u can pick off stealers better and even have wild throws and it's on you so it can change the outcome of a close game like in real life

I wish they had it for the xbox one but I do get to play with my son on his playstation.

Best baseball game around and most realistic. This game has its issues with online, but the offline is amazing.

I hadn't played MLB the show in Years and this was my first one for PS4. I am amazed by the graphics and the gameplay is very fun. There are a lot of different modes as well. I mostly play franchise mode and that has a lot of detail in it as well. Overall it is a great game.

If you've always dreamed of playing baseball or just wanted to learn how the sport goes, you can't go wrong with this game. Everytime you play, if someone walks in the room they'll swear your watching it and not playing. Controls great, looks great and is most importantly fun to play.

I enjoyed this game very much being able to play a season is very much thrilling, intense, heart pounding, etc... My favorite team the Chicago Cubs eventually won the World Series in Nov. 2016! Ah it reality come true for sure.

I originally bought an XBox One, but my withdrawals from not having a solid baseball game like this forced me to take it back to get a PS4. This game is incredible. Very realistic game play and great controls. I'm looking forward to the new one coming out in a few months.

This series is so much better than any other baseball video game, that the competition has pretty much given up at this point. The graphics are stunning, and gameplay about as realistic as possible. If you like baseball, this is the game to get... until next years version.

I purchased The Show 2K15 a week prior to purchasing this one...it’s well worth it!!

this is a must own game if you are a baseball fan. Setting can make this game very easy to play even if your not into video games that much but love baseball. A very simple to understand and play game but seems to be as close to real baseball as anything out there.

A good game and beautifully created but it does get boring after awhile. Maybe its just baseball

Gift for my son. He had requested the 2017 version. But, that version would not be available for a few months. I decided to go ahead with the purchase of the 2016 version anyway. Glad I did, he absolutely loves it. Great help from our salesman made the gift possible.

I purchase MLB The Show pretty much every year. This years offering is actually the first I have played on PS4. I am impressed. Always great graphically and the gameplay is smooth. Best baseball sim by far. Baseball fan itching to hit the diamond, MLB The Show 16 delivers.

This is the best iteration of an MLB game to date. Clever additions of game modes like Conquest (Risk baseball style) and Battle Royale make the Diamond Dynasty game mode more attractive than ever. RTTS and Franchise modes also offer fun and unique baseball experiences.

I haven't played MLB The Show since maybe the 2012 version because I didn't have a PlayStation. But I recently got a new PS4 and the first thing I did was get this game! And it does not disappoint! All game modes are fun, especially RTTS! Highly recommend!

This game was purchased as an Xmas gift for my tween son. He has enjoyed making his own player and progressing him through the leagues. He probably has 100+ hours (we've had a lot of snow days since Xmas) invested and it keeps him occupied and out of trouble.

One of my favorite titles. San diego studios and company works really hard every year to make this game great and they do. Its hard imo to make new changes to sports games and they always do. I buy the show every year. Well made game and a must buy. Ps4 exclusive!

It's a fun game to play with a friend. A lot of talking by the announcers think it's annoying.
