For me this unit is not so good. The ear temp part only gives a reading of LO. The no touch scan gives me a body temp of 74f. And since Im not dead, it's a bad reading. And the Bluetooth to mobile doesn't always work.
Don't waste your money

Hello Tom, Thank you for reaching out. We apologize that you are experiencing difficulty with the MOBI Connect Smart Bluetooth Ear and Forehead Thermometer. When taking a measurement using the forehead gently place the device in the center of the forehead touching the skin right between the meeting of your eyebrows then press the SCAN button, when taking an ear measurement remove the forehead probe exposing the ear probe and gently place it in the ear canal then press the Scan button for the result. When the device is reading LO it has a temp that is deemed abnormally low to a body temp. If you have the device in place as recommended but the device is still reading inaccurately we recommend recalibrating the device. To do so, remove the batteries from the device and store the device in a room-temperature environment for at least an hour. Ensure that the device is away from direct sunlight or any A/C vents. Replace the batteries in the device, the device should beep indicating an auto-resetting, and be ready for the intended use.
