We bought a new overhead DVD system for our car to replace one that stopped working. We were able to do it ourselves but then it suddenly stopped working. We traced all the wiring and we couldn't find the problem. We brought it to the Geek Squad. Some of the wiring that went around the door frame had worn over time and was shorting the system. So, they fixed us up and it's been working super ever since. We didn't have the time to figure out what took them a couple of hours.

The crew at Best Buy did a great job with my install. The only 'glitch' was that they didn't have the one I wanted in stock and I was on a deadline. So I ended up ordering it on Amazon (and it was cheaper and better) than what I would have purchased at the store. Overall, I highly recommend the Geek Squad for a car DVD installation.

The DVD player is great. The service we received was great too. The only gripe I have is that there wasn't an option to run the audio directly through the stereo through the use of audio cables rather than the FM transmitter. The quality sucks that way.

We are happy with our purchase overall. I was a little freaked out with the partial rear view obstruction at first but soon realized that with a rear view "back-up" camera I rarely really use the rear view mirror. Definitely helps keep our 3 year old busy on long trips!

Great customer service. They were very professional and detailed. The car was brand new and they were very careful working inside. They showed me how to operate the system after the installation.

Needed to have dvd player replaced in minivan. Previous one ran sound through radio - which was spotty at times. Geek squad ran cable to play though auxiliary speakers. Super happy with job they did!

I love the product but am extremely disappointed in the service tech who installed my video player. I went through Best Buy and he put it in the wrong spot because he was not trained well enough. I recommend the product not the service tech.

I took my Yukon to have an overhead DVD player installed and was so impressed with the updates received during the process and the communication that I will for sure be having my next electronic component installed by Best Buy.

This DVD player is very convenient with the use of the head phones the kids can watch their movies while listening to it and not disturb me or them while I'm on the phone or listening to the radio.

Install was fast and didn't take long. Small reinstall problem with the bottom of the leather seat/partially bent. Bad feedback once drove so they fixed the next day and no problems since.

Tv n dvd are clean visual for aftermarket the picture quality is great the sound is great with the headphones . The installation left a little noise in the car audio speakers .

With some simple directions to my wife and onto the BB installer they nailed the install of two headrest video monitors on my 2013 Ford Expedition. They were able to make either on the master monitor as well.

Overall it's a good unit. I would expect better for the price. If you hit a bump it cuts out. The install Tec could not get the fm transmitter to work either.

It is what it is. I am sure there are great installers and some not so great installers. Mine did a fine job but my screen has slight crack and I can't prove it wasn't like that. Also, messed with stereo which wasn't part of services to be performed. It uses fm transmitter so not sure why he was messing with stereo and stuff.

I bought a over head DVD player to be installed into my van... they did a wonderful job!! I highly recommend these guys!

The installation team did a great job putting in my overhead entertainment system. Explained how to use it, and were very professional and knowledgeable.

The knowledge and expertise of the Best Buy techs is excellent. They are friendly and helpful. My equipment would still be in the box if it wasn't for them.

I love the overhead monitor, great picture and it’s better that the headrest monitors we had at first. Great picture.

Putting the DVD in was very time consuming but overall the professionalism shown was to the point. Little pricey, but affordable for the job at hand.
