A little bit of tacky (sticky) feel.

Great overall protection!

It is a two piece case - a soft, silicone case and then a hardbody snap on that is put over the silicone. My one complaint is that the hardbody case does not protect the two sides, or top corners. It only covers the top, bottom right corners and the whole back. However, for being so inexpensive it isn't worth not getting it just for that reason. I would definitely recommend it!
