    BB replaced the broken unit but the second one broke as well. The material is too brittle to be around a phone. Any flexing and it will just snap/crack. I exchanged the second one for something else. As always BB customer service was there to make sure I was happy.

    This is just a run of the mill case, it felt good in the hand and wasn’t too bulky. The logo on the back of the case fell off after about a week of ownership but it didn’t affect the case at all, it was more of an aesthetic issue.
