Not a quality case compared to others

The case does not fit the iPhone 8 that well and the cut outs for the phone are somewhat ragged and not smooth and precisely cut

Open bottom leaves space for damage

However, it does not cover the length of the bottom edge of the phone near the charging port. Unfortunately, my phone was damaged because of this when dropped. Do yourself a favor and buy a more rugged case!

This case caused issues with the buttons

Overall, it protects the phone; however, I was having several issues: like the power button wouldn't always be responsive or the volume on the phone going high for no apparent reason (no pressing). The reason turned out to be the case! As soon as I removed it, the buttons started working fine. Seems something to do with the plastic covers for the buttons this case has. In any case, I returned the case and swapped it for an Otterbox case and haven't observed any similar issues!

Had to return it
