    The headphones took longer to arrive them expected. However, when we contacted customer service, they provided a prompt response and estimate of when the headphones would be shipped to our store. We've only had the headphones for little over a month, so can't tell how long it'll last. So far, our five year old son finds it to be comfortable and cool.
