This think is a beast. Other hoverboard broke so the kids share this one. The charger broke after 6 months so we replaced it. No fault of the manufacturer, I think the kids pulled the cable out sideways and broke the charger pronged portion. No complaints, rarely need to re-calibrate it, its quick fix and then it's back in actions.

I gave these hoover boards to my nieces for Christmas gifts. Neither of them work. I cannot get a hold of the company to exchange them. It is also a company in China. Make sure you do research on the company also to see if you can reach them for repairs. I spent to much money to have something that doesn't work.

this is a great hoverboard, holds charge very well, well made, most importantly has all UL certification to make it safe

I have had no issues with the item. She's on it constantly. And tho she's allowed it fly, it doesn't stratch easily.

This a nice hover board just what she wanted. Easy to ride

This was a purchase for our 13 year-old grandson. He had one for 2 years that got wrecked and so we got him a replacement. He asked for the same one and is very happy with it!

Got as a gift last year. Still use it and the battery stays charged for a good amount of time.

I bought this hoverboard for my daughter off of QVC in August 2017. In November it completely stopped working. It stays powered on but will not move. I have recalibrated it and it still does not work. I contacted high roller customer support to see if I could get technical support and they said all they do is recalibrate it with you on the phone. They have a 90 day warranty and this happened right after the 90 days was up. It is a waste of money!!
