Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the excellent reception, range, and picture quality of the Arc Indoor Curved HDTV Antenna. Many also praise its ease of use and setup, along with its attractive design and reasonable price. However, some customers note that signal strength can be affected by weather conditions, and a few find the antenna larger than expected. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and ease of use outweighs the concerns about size and occasional signal issues.

I bought this product and wasn't sure if I will get channels as describe. It is easy to connect and I search the first time I had 4 channels and the next day I did search again and I got 28 channels. However after connecting this to my smart TV, it became more brighter than before. I actually have channels that I like to watch and it has great deals of movie channels, soccer, etc

I bought this for my daughter who recently moved into her first apartment. She was trying to save money so she didn't want cable. I thought this might provide access to the major local networks to give "basic" television. It actually provided MUCH MORE! The white color of this modern-looking antenna matched her apartment and furniture very well; I returned the black one (RCA - Amplified Indoor HDTV Antenna - Gloss Black) that I had purchased as a backup without even trying it. The connection and hookup of this antenna was very easy and we didn't have to monkey around with finding an optimal location. It all JUST WORKED! Surprisingly, there were probably more than 70 (!) digital Houston channels! This even included some old classics and movies (both, with commercials). Reception quality was very good (not quite 5-star) with only slight (hourly?) and brief (a few seconds) of pixel artifacts. This item was FAR superior to the rabbit-ears of old! I've already recommended it to several friends who are trying to "cut the cord" to the overpriced cable company monopoly.

I was a bit skeptical that this antenna would work any better than the $15 antenna that I bought at another big box retailer over a year ago, but it has! I bought this for my new 43" LG tv and it has worked flawlessly. I have it positioned near an exterior wall on the second floor of my house. It has picked up channels that my other antenna hooked to main main tv downstairs can't. I realize some of this may be due to location, but my 1st antenna is placed near the ceiling on my first floor and an exterior wall as well. I live less than 5 miles from most of the transmitters serving the metro area. I don't have any scientific evidence to back up my claims, but I feel that the curved design of this antenna does indeed help.

I live on the top floor of an apartment building, so I have a pretty unobstructed signal from everywhere. In my town I'm pretty sure I can get everything there is to get with this. Over 40 channels after one scan. This is exceptionally great considering that this isn't even a powered antenna, like a lot of the HD antennas I've seen around are. Looks clean, can sit on a table, mantle, or a windowsill, or it has the ability to be hung if you prefer. Also a great price compared to its competitors.

I purchased a new TV and brought my smaller one to a bedroom that has no hook up for a TV. Best Buy recommended I try this product. They hooked it up for me. It was placed in a window and many channels were able to be had. The problem is that I live in a tree area. I was told the signal goes out for 40 miles but it depends what’s in the way. I have moved it around and some spots are better than others. The picture is clear and comes in as it is suppose to but with interference the picture freezes and after a minute or two it comes back. With winter coming and the leaves falling off the trees I find the reception is better. Good product but it depends where you use it.

Super easy to setup, has a nice stylish look that helps to blend into the entertainment surrounding. I bought this for school as I wasn’t paying for cable and still wanted to be able to get local news. Worked like a charm in downtown Milwaukee, WI!

As part of my effort to get away from cable TV, I was looking for an inexpensive antenna to get the local over the air channels. This one was recommended by the Best Buy sales person. It was very easy to install, but did not pull in my local channels initially. I played with the location and was finally able to get a wide range of local channels to come in clearly. It does seem to work best if you put it by a window. I would not consider it truly multi-directional because reception changes as you move it around. Overall I am happy with the antenna.

Keeping Spectrum cable on my main TV for sports broadcasts and put Roku on two others, but could not get local stations for the majority of the day. This easy-to-install antenna (on my Smart TV) solved that problem, except for FOX. Stunned at how good the picture is on CBS and NBC. Took me a while to figure out how to download the channels, but I'm not a techie. Love that this device can sit on a desk or dresser and doesn't have to hang on the wall. Trusted the recommendation of a Best Buy employee on this and he was right.

Highly recommend. Cut the cable cords. Easy to install. Picture quality excellent. 10 ft cord makes it easy to move to the perfect location for reception. Trains frequently run in my area and doesn't affect reception. Use library resources for WiFi or hot spots and mobile data for smartphone. Stylish without rabbit ears to adjust picture.

I wanted a new antenna for my bedroom because I wasn't getting very many channels with my current one. This antenna helped me to access more channels, and I think if I move it to a higher spot, I'll get even more channels. I think it's the location of my room rather than the antenna that is the problem with not getting as many channels as I do in the other rooms in my apartment. For the price, this is good, and looks nicer than most others.

We debated cancelling our cable for some time before actually doing it, which even as obvious as it seem we need to wasn't easy. After weighing the pros and cons we decided to get a decent antenna to pull a good amount of channels with good reception. Did a little recent and Mohu was mentioned as one of the better ones. Bestbuy of course had it on sale so i made the purchase and i'm very satisfied with this product because it provides with the local stations so i can watch the news and others stations it picks up.

Easy to setup. Picked up more than 30 local channels twenty-five miles and 30 miles from home. Better picture using Mohu HDTV Antenna that what cable TV offers. This is my fourth MOHU purchase to including one antenna I gave to my folks.

I wanted an antenna to use for over the air channels that I don't get with satellite service. This one does a good job although there is an issue with Me-TV's signal being consistent. However that is probably more a problem with that channel rather then the antenna itself since other channels are solid. I am a bit disappointed that PBS stations are not coming through. Overall a good purchase for an antenna that simple to use, lightweight and stylish.

I purchased this antenna after making the decision to cut the cord. I was looking for a way to still get at least the local channels and then see what other free channels may come in. I like that it doesn't have to be plugged into the wall. For me it picked up many channels but it varied depending on the room location. Placing it near the window worked best. I would purchase another if needed and recommend it to anyone also looking to cut the cord.

The Antenna is a nice looking design and is more attractive than ones that are to be adhered to windows. Also, more compact and good looking than our old rabbit ears. On a clear calm day it pulled in all the stations we wanted but the next day when the clouds rolled in we lost a couple of weak channels. When we switched back to our old rabbit ears we were able to watch all the stations even on the cloudy days. We returned the Arc, are getting good reception with the rabbit ears and are living with the slightly less attractive look. If the stations you watch are strong enough to be received through this antenna and you have a good place to have it sit, preferably near a window, then it will be a good choice. However, do not expect miracles when it comes to pulling in weak stations. In our area we watch primarily VHF stations, although the Arc was also no better at pulling in UHF signals than the rabbit ears.

This is the second antenna I have purchased, and this one is very easy to use with no electricity needed. It doesn’t have a moveable antenna, so if your cable stations are further away you might want the ones with antennas, otherwise upgrade to the longer range antenna. You can check the distance and direction of your cable stations online. I can get all the local channels clearly in HD, with the furthest being about 15 miles away. It’s also easily hung on the wall behind your TV.

The best TV antenna for you depends on your location. I am 15 miles from several transmitting antennas that are all roughly the same direction. Since the antenna is inside my home with two walls between it and outside, I need more than 15 miles range. I pick up 37 channels, 9 channels plus sub-channels. I hide all the shopping channels like QVC and HSN with the TV tuner. My previous house had steel siding, so no indoor antenna would have worked. I placed this antenna high on top of some furniture. My wife likes this antenna because it is so beautifully simple looking it doesn't draw attention to itself.
