    Great over the air antenna

The Mohu Leaf is a great antenna for pulling in local stations, both analog and HD. Setup is quick, the amplifier really boosts the reception in my area, and the flat shape of the antenna makes it functional. I was able to pin mine to the wall and paint it to match. I was able to pull in 40 stations.

IF you don't want to pay for cable this is a good alternative. It is easy to install and very light weight. I did find that the cable from the antenna to the TV cannot be coiled or you will lose channels. Better to have shorter cable. All local channels and more come in clearly.

Limits of reception are mainly not the issue of the product, that being said, it was able to pick up about 30 channels...some of which we watch :) so just like cable, over the air has things you won't care about. With many of the main channels if you get them, the reception is exceptional. Crystal clear HD image, i swear it is better than the cable hd image i was getting before cutting the cord. But some channels are just not that clear or there is stuttering with reception, so you just have to be patient with some channels and some weather conditions. Put it as high up as you can to maximize reception. For example, our main tv is downstairs in a 2 story house. Having the antenna behind the tv or cabled through the wall in the garage so i would not see the square had disappointing results, 5 channels max... But I got the great idea of how to get the unit into my window upstairs when my tv is downstairs...hmmm SOLUTION: in our house it is wired in every room for cable, which all exit the walls in the garage... so I simply connected the Antenna to the upstairs bedroom window and ran it into the wall outlet for the cable... it then is run all through the walls and into the garage, where I just connected a line that brought it right into the back of my tv. So I created a very long extension cord basically!!!! This was key to getting 30 + channels at our location. Amplified was the way to go also, tried non-amplified unit and it just could not pick up much for us in our location. Your location may be better though. Hope this helps

This product comes with clear instructions and is very easy to install. Being flat, it is easy to hide behind a wall mounted screen or curtain. Has great reception, receiving all available signals within its' stated range. In short. it does all that the packaging states.

Bought this for a TV set that is in the room over the garage that isn't used often. Didn't want to pay for an additional cable box. Was surprised at how many stations it picked up. Get some of the "side" channels that are broadcast but not on cable channels. Reception can vary a bit and picture can also be of different quality depending on the station.

We wanted to "cut the wire" and were looking at multiple options when I read online reviews about the Mohu - Leaf 50. I have to admit that I was leary about whether or not this (or any) "Hdtv" Aplified Antennas actually lived up to their claims...Well this one sure does and then some! It took only minutes to have up and running and it gets every available channel in crystal clear. We also like the facts that it has two pre made holes spaced wide apart up top to hang it up with and that it can be viewed/displayed on either its white or black side. Of course it can also just be laid down on something but, for us, it's better hanging up so it doesn't get easily moved out of an optimal position which is giving us the best clarity. I'm a believer!

I live 40 miles away from the city and I can get about 40-50 channels including NBC, CBS, FOX, ABC in HD and 4k compatibility I just love this antenna it took me some time to get it in the best spot I could though it just doesn't pick up from just anywhere. Another item I would recommend if you don't have cable and if you choose to not pay for cable all the best shows and championships come on Local channels anyway.

This unit came with the amazon fire tv. I choose this because I was cutting the cord with my cable provider and wanted to still be able to access local channels. This thin antenna was able to pull in 32 of the 64 channels that are available in my area. The picture was quite good and some were even better then the cable provider. This is great to have on hand if you lose cable for any amount of time.

Easy set up, picked up roughly 12 channels for me when hooked up to my Sony flat screen, which is about 4 yrs old. I cannot get ABC and a couple other local channels which I cannot explain because I live within 10 miles of antennas but I do get other major networks like NBC, FOX, CBS and PBS so I'm good with that. Good quality picture, no other issues other than not receiving ABC network.

This is for our kitchen under-the-counter TV, and it definitely helps. However, since we're in a hilly area, it still struggles with a couple of local TV stations/towers that are only ~20 miles away. If you are in a flatter area, it could easily pull 50+ miles away, and is definitely worth the money. Also, the black side/white side is super clever, and makes blending in super easy!

This was the first attempt to cut the cord. The first time we did a channel search we were disappointed with the results. A quick shift to where we mounted the antenna and it was a whole new world. Lots of channels to choose from now. We have it on a sunroom at the back of the house in a heavily wooded area but it has exceeded our expectations.

This is a great product. It looks attractive behind my TV and the pictures are really good. I was surprised at how many free channels I was able to get. My only negative is that on my new 4K HDR TV sometimes it looks more composite compared to what my DISH picture is. I use this in my office and love it.

Brainless installation. In my urban location with antenna pasted on a south-facing 6th floor window, reception of 44 high-def channels is excellent. Regretably, the patches that hold the antenna to the window are not staying secure. I cleaned the window first with alcohol. It won’t be a problem to replace the patches with two-sided tape however. Good product.

We are in a fairly large city between Denver and Cheyenne and get excellent reception, great quality pictures and quite a few channels for FREE with this little antenna! Glad to ditch satellite and cable. We supplement with SlingTV for NFL football and never have to deal with hard to reach poor customer service again.

The antenna initially found 19 channels, missed FOX. Called Mohu support they recommended removing amplifier. I did, rescanned and FOX was found. The picture quality is better than cable which I just dropped. If I could I would have not bought this one since it was $20 more than standard Leaf and had to disconnect amplifier to get all local channels.

It gets a lot of signals because of the booster. No problems with it. The thin plastic will slightly cup over time, no problem though. If you think spending a lot on an antenna will get you more channels, I'd suggest researching them more. Your signal is limited by how far you are from the sources and in some cases you wont see a difference between an expensive one and this one.

I recently decided to cut the cord and invest in Chromecast and Mohu Leaf 50 antenna. I live about 45 miles from the nearest tower. The setup took about 10 minutes. After scanning I received about 25 channels. So far I havent lost the signal while watching TV. Great design as well. Very happy with my purchase.

Really easy set up, Comes with a white extra long cord (compared to others) which I can hide along our walls to reach a window, and I get all the channels I want. FYI, I am not a huge TV watcher except for occasional local channels. When I want to watch something on channels like HGTV, HBO, etc, I stream them on my roku!

I have this on a new LG 4K 40" TV for local stations, and cut the cable and went streaming. I never in my life thought I'd be going back to an antenna! I could not believe how sharp the reception is with this Leaf. Much better than the cable company. And I never realized how many stations were available. I picked up around 40 with this Leaf 50. (I'm inner city, but also each network has several sub-stations - that's why so many in this case.) Setup was easy - just plug the 2 plugs into the TV and attach to wall. The Leaf panel was a little smaller than I thought and very light and flexible, and it blended in fine with the white walls. I just used 2 of the 4 stick-on attachments, and it did drop off once. I press on those 2 every now and then just so it won't drop off again. I couldn't believe how it could pick up so many stations so well in that one orientation, but it actually does what it promised! I don't why I even had cable before. I'm antenna for life now! And I'd say get the 50, why scrimp and go smaller.

Upgraded from an old RCA antenna to the leaf. Was very pleased with the clarity of the picture as well as the additional channels that were received by the leaf. The small size (compared to the old RCA antenna) allows for easy mounting of the antenna.
