Before I had a really firm mattress that always made me so HOT at night. This has been a total life changer for me. Granted it does move a lot, it slides off the side when I get out of bed and it has to be moved back.
But my back doesn't hurt as much and I stay much cooler than I was. I would definitely buy it again. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.
