We purchased a robot vaccum with some reservations. I read every report on them I could find. Compared them and chose the Moneual. I purchased it with Best Buys service plan though just in case. Setup was very easy. The unit was running around (terrorising our animals) in a few hours. It needs to be emptied after every use and thoroughly cleaned once a week with our use. We have it running 2 to 3 times daily. For our purposes the unit does best in vaccum mode with the turbo on. It will run almost 90 minutes on a charge used this way. To insure the unit finds its charger we set it to long range and it finds the charger about 99% of the time We exspected some flaws and we have accepted them. It gets stuck on occasion under things. Needs to be maintained. Bothers the dogs when they are resting. Lastly, It can get under foot like the animals or children. The voice prompts are great. I wish it would make a louder noise when it gets stuck though. The only bad part of the unit is this indicator. It seems to work only on occasion. The use of the indicators instructions are less than clear also. I called the customer service and they could not seem to understand the problem and wanted me to take pictures and send them a big explanation of what it did not do. They did explain the instructions so I could setup the indicator as a barrier but it still just gets pushed out of the way most of the time. I still fell the vaccum rates an excellent because the indicator is an excessory.

Product was well packaged and generally looked solid out of the box. Ran it solid for 3 days then we began getting errors on the front wheel. Since the unit stops running when there's an error, we ended up returning it. Overall a good product idea but a few gaping flaws: 1. dust bin is too small and awkward to empty. 2. the virtual wall didn't seem to work at all. could have been user error but I operate under the premise that if it's that hard to use then it's designed poorly. 3. no scheduling feature, so you could not have it run at night. 4. no mapping of the room, so it just kind of randomly vacuums until it runs low on the juice and then trys to find its way home. often died on the journey :-(

I should have returned this before it was too late. Room mapper didn't come with batteries so I haven't set that up yet but the machine gets confused with area rugs and furniture and really can't hold much debris at all. It's basically meant for cleaning floors that are already clean.

This robotic vacuum gets the job done with little effort on my end. I just push automatic cleaning when I leave for work and empty it when I get home. Has no problem finding the charger.

This vacuum work really good pick in up my dog hairs and dust around the house.

Pretty happy with the product. This is my first Cordless Robotic Vacuum and so far it works great.
