Haven’t had it long enough to give full review but the delivery and ease of that process was great.

The delivery of the product was delayed twice at the last minute. Your sales department was not informed of all the changes that happened. Best Buy should offer a 15 % sales rebate to me for this horrible delay.

Best Buy contract installers did not adjust right refrigerator door to clear our cabinet edge. If the door is opened over 90 degrees it has put a a dent in our brand new refrigerator.

This was a replacement for a much older same model refrigerator. It is beautiful and has more space. Glad we purchased this one when we did. Adds value to our house.

I've owned this refrigerator for just over five years. It broke down and would not stay cool. The multiple repairs were very costly and were not covered by the product warranty. I'm not even sure if it will continue working yet. When I pay a premium price, I expect a premium product. This is not premium.

This is the worst appliance I have ever owned. I have the full GE Monogram lineup (oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge and fridge. I’ve had to have the fridge repaired 8 times and it still doesn’t work properly!!! The oven has had to be repaired twice (once an igniter went out, and a weld for the shelf broke). These products are not well built and an absolute disappointment.

For this price, we expected quality. Instead we are suffering with our FIFTH service call scheduled for a few weeks from now.
