Your sales department was not informed of all the changes that happened. Best Buy should offer a 15 % sales rebate to me for this horrible delay.

Door dent due to installation error
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy contract installers did not adjust right refrigerator door to clear our cabinet edge. If the door is opened over 90 degrees it has put a a dent in our brand new refrigerator.

GE Monogram Refrigerator Replacement

Not a Premium Product

The multiple repairs were very costly and were not covered by the product warranty. I'm not even sure if it will continue working yet. When I pay a premium price, I expect a premium product. This is not premium.

Avoid GE Monogram at all costs

I have the full GE Monogram lineup (oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge and fridge. I’ve had to have the fridge repaired 8 times and it still doesn’t work properly!!! The oven has had to be repaired twice (once an igniter went out, and a weld for the shelf broke). These products are not well built and an absolute disappointment.
