This is a good looking dishwasher, runs really quiet, very nice button layout and fairly easy to use. The reason I give this three stars if for the money I would expect the inside racks to be a bit more beefy. Our last dishwasher was a GE Profile Series at less than half the cost and this unit seems to have the same racks. The rack spikes bend very easily and after time break. I would expect a much better quality rack for the money

This unit replaced my previous Monogram dishwasher. Positive: I like the shelving. Negatives: changed the dimensions so it doesn't exactly fit into the cabinet the same. the door is very light, so when opened, it bounces back on you, so watch your hands that it doesn't close on you, the interior door already has ding marks on it from bouncing into the rack, the door doesn't stay partially open so it can dry out (you need to "Prop it open" with the shelf door, the new light that installed stays on for 15 minutes and there's no way to turn if off (this causes 2 issues:1). either close the door again to turn if off, which would cause mold if you kept the door closed at all times. and 2). when the light burns out, you can only have a GE service person change the bulbs.

I love the quietness of this dishwasher. Also find the third rack for silverware a great plus and have removed the basket in the lower rack for more room for dishes. What I am disappointed with is the inside of the dishwasher rack and sides are very wet after a cycle is run even on the power dry cycle. You must wipe it out or it will remain wet (can’t leave door open to dry as light stays on). For such a high price I expected better.

Very nice looking. We like the hidden control look. The D/W has multiple settings for quick or regular wash.

WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK... We bought a whole package of Monogram appliances...BIG MISTAKE we have had issues with just about all of them...Side by side Refer; 6 burner range, trash compactor and dishwasher. Our appliances are 7 years old and nothing but headaches.... The seal on the dishwasher door went bad about 2 years ago causing our floor to warp...now the rubber sump inlet sprung a leak causing more floor warping...it just disintegrated leaving a large hole in it....I will never by G.E. again...pretty sure it's all made in China......
