These were located near the checkout, not in the board game aisle. You can see through the package so they’re not blind bags. If you order them online they are shipped randomly so it’s worth a trip to the store if you have a certain one in mind. Best Buy was the cheapest in town and my store had all 6 characters to choose from. We chose them all: Metal Mario (made of plastic), Donkey Kong, Bowser, Yoshi, Shy Guy, and Rosalina. If you have played this game as much as we have, you’ll be thrilled to have these figures with unique abilities to change the game up.

Monopoly is always fun, even when you lose. If you can believe it, the Monopoly Gamer MARIOKART edition (sold separately) is even more fun. While the original Monopoly had game pieces such as the the top hat, the dog, the iron, the boot, the thimble (I always got stuck with the thimble), and a race car, the tokens in this version are all race cars with your favorite Super Mario universe characters. The actual game comes with 4 game pieces: Super Mario, Luigi, Captain Toad and Princess Peach. If those aren't your favorite Mario characters, you can buy one of these Power Packs to get Donkey Kong, a special silver Super Mario, Yoshi, Bowser, Rosalina and Shy Guy. Thankfully these are not "blind bags" so you can figure out which character you are buying to avoid having duplicate game pieces. Great price at Best Buy, especially with its price matching.

These characters are a small size as to not take up space. They can easily be stored. The quality is good, details are good. The kids would like to have the wheels actually turn, but they still enjoy them.

Buying these may seem dumb to some, but frankly it makes the bord game more fun when you have options. I now have all possible characters and wish there were more so I could keep buying them and have an even better board experience.

My son is really into the whole Nintendo franchise at the moment. We were looking at some of the Nintendo stuff in store and he spotted these. He noticed they had a shy guy kart racer and wanted it. Hes very much into shy guy right now. We don't use it for it's intended purpose but it is a cool little figure that you could display if you wanted. I was kind of hoping the wheels functioned a little like micro machines but they don't it just would have been a cooler more interactive option to include.

I bought these to give my kids some more options while playing Gamer Monopoly. They are fine, nothing special. The tires don't move so they do not make great toys but work well as a game piece. You do not need them to play the base game and they really don't add much. For the price it's a fun extra.

If you buy the game you need to buy the extra characters. It adds so much variety to the game and it makes it way more fun to be able to switch up who you play with. This forces a change in strategy and keeps the game fresh every time.

We wanted to have an extra player and this makes it possible. We got Donkey Kong in-store (seems like if you order online, you can't choose the character you want), and it comes with the card just as the ones included in the game. The card is in english, french and spanish.

This bonus packs contain game token characters that are not included with the board game. They are not necessary to the game - game is complete and playable as is - but add some extra interesting twists when purchased. I really like the fact that the packs have windows so you can get the characters you want without spending more money!

Bought one of these Nintendo Monopoly pieces of DK in a kart. No, I don't own the monopoly set but I am an avid Nintendo fan and a photographer so I use it to take macro photographs of toys. So in that context, the $3 I spent has paid dividends.

The Kids love this game and Mario. I did however forget how long it takes to finish a game but it is still fun. The new rules that are added to the Mario monopoly makes for a refreshing game.

My son loves Mario Kart monopoly. We like it too bc it only takes around a hour to play. The cars are surprisingly detailed. It's nice to have multiple characters to choose from. Who ever uses Yoshi usually wins.

I love collecting these things with my kids. We are major gamers and items like this are fun to collect and play with. My kids like to pretend that they're racing these with the on screen racers in Mario Kart.

Obviously, these cost more than they are worth, but I'm ok with that. The kids really enjoy the Monopoly Gamer editions and they love to play with the figurines on their own as well. These really don't hold up well though. My kids are kids, but they aren't destructive. We bought several of these and all of them had heads and other parts breaking and falling off very quickly. If they were used exclusively in the board game, they would probably be ok. But let's be real. Kids are going to play with them. For the price you aren't getting a very sturdy product. On the plus side, the blind bags aren't really blind, so you can see what figure it is and get what you want/need without wasting money.

These extra game pieces are great to have because they each have their own unique character card with specific power abilities. The game only comes with four. I purchased all 6 extra game pieces at ~$4 each, just wish these came with the game!

This Yoshi is a must have if you own the Mario Kart Monopoly board game. Yoshi has some pretty sweet abilities so I would recommend this for the board game.

I love playing Mario kart Monopoly, it was amazing to buy extra pieces for the game! I purchase the Metal Mario and love the detail! Can’t wait to collect the all!

Cool little set. I love Mario kart. I bought these pieces to add to the monopoly game pieces and just because I like Mario kart.

I would’ve given it more stars but it came with the head detached from the body. Reattached easily enough but obviously not ideal. A nice game piece otherwise.
