I used to purchase the cheaper HDMI cables, but after spending a little more on the Monster Cable ... i will not go back. Great HD picture!

Again my roommate thought why buy a new one but the Best Buy guy said welcome to 2015 the year of hdmi- so worth the money the cables

I would recommend if any one is doing what I did Hire a tech rep to set everything up for you and explain in detail how to wire up your system with the right cables and the correct lengths needed for optimin performance

I purchased a 65-inch 4k UHD TV so I wanted to get a better quality HDMI Cable that was for higher speed 4k signal. It worked great.

The quality of a cable does make a difference. There is a reason you pay more for a cable.

The cable is well built and connects easily to the TV and DVR. I haven't had any issues with the picture or signal interference.

It's a good hdmi cable, however it's over priced. Other cables offer near the same quality for less money. The minimum quality improvement isn't worth the extra $$$.

If you want a quality cable get this one it made my new Bluray player 3D come to life, don't go cheap when it comes to cables.

The quality of it, it's great. You can tell the different right away. The image was totally different when using item.

The Gold Monster HDMI is what I use on everything I have at home. It's more than adequate for all of the hookups we have (apple TVs and BluRay players) without wasting money on overkill. I'd recommend the Gold Monster over the others out there. There might be a use for platinum for someone's needs (gaming?) but really the Gold was just right for our needs. BTW, 5' isn't that long and limits options for equipment placement. I've learned to go a size longer than I originally think I need.

Makes all the difference in your picture quality. This is a must for any HD TV
