I bought them because I started running and my current headphones would always fall out while running. These did the trick - they have different size buds to fit in your ears.

I can run and do all of my exercises without worrying about losing them. Excellent investment and very comfortable.

Great ears for the gym

The flat cable does not get tangled, and the material the ear piece is made of, not only is comfortable, but i forget they are in...sound quality is in line with monster products. My only complaint is the color..I would have preferred a dark blue or black.
