Meh-nster Jam
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have enjoyed some of the older Monster Truck games in the past and picked this one up on sale thinking it might be a bit of fun (blast from the past). Unfortunately, the squirley physics in the game and controls make if more of a challenge than just fun. AI in the game seems to pull off maneuvers at speeds the player cannot keep pace with. If you attempt the exact same maneuvers at those speeds, you are outside the track and/or crashed. I spent more time in the stunt area than anything else in the game and eventually traded it in for something else at a local game store. If you are a hardcore monster truck fan, you may find more to enjoy. But if you are just casually looking for some fun, expect it to dry up pretty soon after the new wears off.

(Not counting bmgdrive or mods for it) The details are pretty good, the track deforming is nice and the body damage is fun.

It’s a bit of a learning curve and once you get the feel it can be fun. 3 stars just due to this game it should be able to make it easier for smaller fans to just enjoy to race and smash vehicles

I've also been a fan of racing and stunt games for about as long. Monster Jam: Steel Titans marries the two very well. Fun game. Lots of cool stunts and racing. Kind of a blast!
