Had to buy it twice. The first one was defective

I was using in with a new receiver, and it was my very first HDMI experience. It took hours for me to figure out that it was the cable that was defective as I had to substitute other working cables to isolate the problem. Extra time to return it to the store for a new one. The replacement is working fine.
