I had this 'wire' in the standard color (pinkish) hooked up in my old apartment for my home theatre system. I bought one 100' spool and wired it all up once and that was it. This 'wire' is such high quality it doesn't feel or behave like 'wire' at all, it's much more like rope or cable. It lays down flat and is pliable like a rope would be. Thinner, cheaper wires have minds of their own and get folds & kinks that make then stick up and look terrible. That's just how they look (not the most important part). You get what you pay for and MONSTER makes great products. The signal quality to my speakers couldn't be better, and the last spool I bought was almost 10 years old when I replaced it with the cream colored variant. My original cuts are still perfectly fine too. I just needed different lengths and a color option that goes better with my carpet. So quality is 100% A+. There is a lot of cheap alternatives out there, but like I say in a lot of my reviews... You get what you pay for. Half the price, half as nice!

I have Audioquest type 4 speaker cables for my two main towers and bought this for my center and surrounds. Ok, this is not truly "high end," but then again, it's not priced as such. What it IS, is a very HONEST speaker wire for the money and worth the extra price over some of the less expensive wires available. It appears to be 14 gauge and there was a noticeable improvement across the spectrum for my surrounds over my older 14 gauge wire. Be sure to use GOOD quality terminations too (banana plugs, forks, etc.)!

I bought this wire strictly because of the Monster quality and the color. The white color made it easy to blend in any wire that was exposed. I originally purchased 1 roll, but ended up back at the store buying two more rolls. Very good quality which I expect from Monster. The sound quality is great. Highly recommend.

Pricey but you get what you pay for, spend your money on good speakers and the stuff to get the signal to the speakers.

Price is little high for wire, but makes up for it with sound quality & durability.

Purchased this cable along with my new 4K tv so I'm ready for 4K broadcast, whenever the cable company is. I cannot attest to the quality of a 4K picture, as xfinity does not broadcast one yet, but this cable was as easy an any other HDMI cable, and doing this now is saving me from moving everything again once xfinity gets with it.

This off-white monster speaker cable has two entirely separate leads, is well insulated, is sturdy and pliable, lies nice and flat, does not kink, and seems to carry the sound well. My husband said the speakers had never sounded so good! I strung the cable 60 feet.

I've used monster cable in the past with good results. I opted for this because I was running it through a wall. It worked well and seems to be functioning as expected.

I was a bit skeptical at first spending that amount for some speaker wire, but after switching out my old cables with these, you do notice better and clearer sound.

Excellent speaker wire for someone looking to keep a small footprint. Easy to bend around tight areas due to the fact that it is failry flat cable. Only downside is that it is a bit pricey.

This is about as low as I would go for quality wire. It lays easily but stripping the ends can be a little difficult with the additional jacketing inside.
