Geek squad is 5 star in my book, but I wanted to leverage the platform to, again, provide some constructive criticism to Best Buy for using misleading "bait n switch" advertising practices, misrepresenting their corporate structure to avoid accountability for their subsidiaries. It doesn't look great, and is unfairt to your customers.

Couldn't figure out my situation My phone is turning on and off constantly They told me they couldn't do nothing about it due to there system being old and outdate. How is that my problem. If my issue gets resolved i will reconsider my rating

After 7 days of trying to contact the Geek Squad multiple times they never address my concerns with my new Samsung S24. I had to go outside Best Buy to get help. Trying to cancel my monthly Geek Squad now but it isn't easy.

These guys would have a better job if they knew anything. They know how to run a diagnostic program and flash a new copy of your OS. Or return/replace if they can't figure it out. Ask your son or grandson. Never pay for this.
