Just Don't Do It.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 7 days of trying to contact the Geek Squad multiple times they never address my concerns with my new Samsung S24. I had to go outside Best Buy to get help. Trying to cancel my monthly Geek Squad now but it isn't easy.

Fleece squad.

They know how to run a diagnostic program and flash a new copy of your OS. Or return/replace if they can't figure it out. Ask your son or grandson. Never pay for this.
