Pixel phone geeksquad protection not working?

How is that my problem. If my issue gets resolved i will reconsider my rating

Just Don't Do It.

I had to go outside Best Buy to get help. Trying to cancel my monthly Geek Squad now but it isn't easy.

They know how to run a diagnostic program and flash a new copy of your OS. Or return/replace if they can't figure it out. Ask your son or grandson. Never pay for this.
