    LOVEEEEE AppleCare. Best Buy made it easy to have my devices protected while being able to buy them in person with great help in store to pick out the best product for my work

    This was purchased for my grandson's new iPhone 12 Pro one week ago. Given Apple's reputation for quality, he has not yet been able to apply it. However, I have used Apple Care on other products and am extremely happy I did. Hallmarks are prompt, efficient and friendly service.

    Unbelievably great service from an Apple employee rather than poor service from an outsorce company attempting to locate the information you need in a loose leaf notebook usually written in a language that is not the native language of the outsourced employee.

    I bought this at the time being under the impression the protection plan would last me at least 2 years.. It literally said on the description of it that the duration is 24+ months. if I continued paying monthly after it ended. Though that wasn’t the case at all and I lost my protection plan for my device.. Now my phone is having issues and I’ll have to buy another unfortunately.
