This is a hot commodity phone and coverage like that would give great peace of mind.

Apple Care issue

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well, we got this Apple Care from best buy for both of our phones and at one point my wife cellphone fell and crack a lil bit so we brought it to the best buy because they said this Apple Care should cover it. When we went to the best buy they said we have to wait for a long time for the substitution for her new phone unless if we bring it to Apple store which this is quite frustrating because Apple Store from our place like more than one hour away.
