    Watch is great. It does what it is advertised to do. I bought this for my husband to upgrade from his Apple Watch Series 6. Service and price match for Total Tech members? That has seriously declined over the last year and now Best Buy appears to be working hard to employ those with poor customer service skills (particularly in the chats).

    By paying extra for this protection, I feel that I’m gonna be just fine. I’ve never had to use it yet. Thank goodness but I have it just in case.

    My daughter dropped her iPad and cracked the screen - even with a screen protector and a case. Took it to Best Buy and it was three months shy of the end of Apple Care. They replaced the iPad with a new one for the $49 fee. Great service.
